Common Foundations Self-Assessment

Version 2.0

Welcome!

This self-assessment will take you through the five essential practices of the Common Foundations. These are common across many impact measurement tools and frameworks.

The self-assessment asks you, “does your organization do this, yes or no?" to the elements of each essential practice of the Common Foundations.

If you answer "yes" to each essential practice, then you meet the Common Foundations version 2.0 standard!

This use case example might be a helpful resource to reference as you complete the self-assessment.

There are 28 questions in this survey.
